Aardvark Casting is one of Africa's largest casting agencies for babies, children and adults. Most of the students in the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy join Aardvark Casting.

After qualifying with a B.Com at Rhodes University, Victoria Harrison lived in Seoul, South Korea, for 18 months where she taught, in English, at a local primary school. Having developed a passion for teaching and working with children, Victoria returned to South Africa looking for teaching opportunities. She ran a Master Maths Centre at a high school in East London for quite some time before she spotted the opportunity of a lifetime! She launched the Helen O’Grady Drama Academy in East London in 2005.
