Cairo starts the year with a bang!
The Cairo branch is all ready to start the Academic year. Last year was one of the most successful year's of drama in the history of this amazing Egyptian drama school. The Helen O'Grady Drama academy's international programme has been running for nearly 10 years in Cairo and over 20 years on the continent of Africa. We are so pleased with these children and their development.
The Academy prides itself on the highest standards of drama education, using expertly trained teachers and it highly famous international curriculum which brings out all that is best in children's latent talents, including confidence and excellent communication skills. The Academy runs in many school throughout Cairo as well as private studios in some of Cairo's most impressive venues.
In this photo, you can see the Cairo students acting in one of the Academy's international plays 'The Curse of the Pharaohs' which was set in the Museum of Cairo in June this year. So you could say that the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy has come home!
