Sandy Rudd from Windhoek expounds on the Jerzy Grotowski theories of acting!

Principals and teachers from Ghana, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique are in Cape Town this week for an intensive training on children's development through drama. The Academy runs its international programme in 11 African countries and through this training it ensures that the high international standards are carried to all classes throughout the Continent.
The Academy also prides itself in the high calibre of Principals in Africa. The lastest group attending training here include a Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) actor from Ghana, a famous theatre director from Namibia, a poet and performer from Botswana and someone from the United Nations Peace Corps in Mozambique. This diversity of people always makes our training quite exceptional.
In this photo, you can see Sandy Rudd, from Winhoek in training with one of our younger students from Milnerton in Cape Town.
We are truly the UNITED NATIONS of DRAMA!
