As the Academy expands throughout the island of Mauritius, the Helen O’Grady Drama Academy is seeking Performance Arts Graduates or Drama Teachers in Mauritius to join its wonderful dynamic team.
This opportunity is for energetic and enthusiastic teachers.The programme is a self-development programme for children designed to build children's confidence and self-esteem, public speaking and communication skills through a carefully constructed English drama programme. A great amount of time has been spent developing an exciting curriculum encompassing an extensive range of drama activities, designed to capture the imagination of children of all ages and to develop confident, articulate children, who desire to make a positive contribution to the community. Classes cover speech, movement, creative drama, language development and short plays. They are also great fun!
Our drama programme will also assist with their public speaking and performance skills, meeting many new friends in the process.
Part time position for qualified school teacher to teach creative drama to children of 3-18 years old. All curriculum and lesson plans provided. Own car essential.
